AC & furnace trouble? We're here at any hour.

Safety first

What to do before you call.

• Smell gas? Leave the home right away and call your gas utility or 911. Don't flip switches.
• Carbon monoxide alarm sounding? Get everyone outside and call 911.
• Burning smell or smoke from the system? Switch it off at the thermostat, and at the breaker if it's safe, then call us.
• Water leaking around the unit? Turn the system off and call us.
• Loud banging or grinding? Switch the system off and call us.
